Happy people

But you know what?

Looking back on my early backpacker blunders is a bit comical…

I started my backpacking journey when I was 27 (So, if you’re worried about being “too old” to backpack, don’t!) and I have made all the classical mistakes there are to be made!

Not using trekking poles… Or forgetting to consider elevation along your intended route… Too much, or poorly suited gear…

I’ve been there and done it all!

And it’s only natural for backpackers to make silly mistakes when they are starting out unprepared…

Which is why I created this course – to share some of my mistakes along with others I’ve witnessed out on the trail, so you won’t look back on things with the thought of, ‘Did I really do that?’

To help ensure you’re ready for your first overnighters in the wild, this course will be your ultimate guide to backpacking and will give you all the smarts you need to make the transition a smooth one.

My goal through this course isn’t just to make you fully prepared… But help you master your fears and to prove just how brave, strong, and capable you truly are!

The great outdoors awaits!
